Cancellations policies:
La Casa Serena (entire house):
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in refunded at 100%; cancelling less than 30 days and more than 15 days, refunded at 50%. No refund provided if cancelled within 15 days of the agreed upon move in date.
La Casita (1 BR unit):
Full refund 5 days prior to arrival
50% refund if less than 5 days prior to the agreed up arrival date.
